When I illustrate, I gauge my work’s success by how well it answers two questions: Does my art tell a story? Did I have fun making it? The joy of storytelling is really what drives me to create. To me, an illustration is a way to express what cannot be said in words. It is my belief that emotions, magic, and character are better shown than told.
I felt inspired to take creative action with the intent to create spot illustrations of crystals that are spiritually aligned to each of the signs of the Western Zodiac Wheel. These were the results! Do you resonate with your sign’s crystal?
